Thomas has 15 years of experience writing and developing B2B proposals and technical documentation for a variety of organizations. His work is highly regarded by his peers, and his skill in managing complex, multi-million dollar projects in a true “end-to-end” fashion translates well to almost any business medium.

During his career, Thomas has managed RFP/RFI responses and proposals contributing to new and retained business for industry-leading clients. Over the last ten years, his overall cumulative for proposal wins exceeds $1.25 B. He has provided proposal development, technical writing and research services for Fortune 500 companies, Federal, state and local government agencies, mid-size firms and non-profit organizations. In addition, his RFP response experience extends to almost every major industry, including medical software, healthcare, telecommunications, information technology, education and oil and gas. He has developed proposal process documentation, created win/loss tracking systems, designed SharePoint portals for proposal tracking and storage and has provided best practices consulting, training and proposal development oversight. He is adroit in handling international business proposals and is disclipined in his approach to completing every phase of proposal process. 
 
Recent wins include a $50 million Federal agency contract, an international wireless services contract worth more than $20 million and a wireless services contract worth more than $350 million.
 
Thomas is active in the Northwest proposal manager community as a founding member and Secretary of the new Pacific Northwest Chapter for the Association for Proposal Management Professionals (APMP). He has also served as Area Governor for Toastmasters International. He has a B.A. from Occidental College and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Anne Corning, VP & Managing Director, CorningWorks, has 20 years of experience managing marketing and business development in the high tech, healthcare, manufacturing, fashion, and consulting industries. Her ability to incorporate research intelligence into the creation of focused, effective strategies helps her customers hone their edge and focus resources where they can have the greatest impact.

During her career, Ms. Corning has run dynamic B2B marketing and sales administration departments where she was responsible for strategy and execution of marketing communications, public relations, market research, proposal management, and contracting. Her history includes work with companies from start-ups to Fortune 50 firms. As an experienced chief marketing officer and entrepreneur, she is adept at helping firms develop and refine their business plans—whether starting a company from scratch, or launching into a new market or product line.

Ms. Corning applies her background to quickly grasp clients' business issues, formulate effective strategies and implement tactics that help them grow and thrive. She has proven performance in many strategically important client campaings. For instance, she has managed sales proposal production that attained a win rate of 74-86 percent. She has planned and implemented product launch campaigns including one for an Internet service that now reaches more than 3 million users. And she has written award-winning business plans that received investment funding.

Ms. Corning is active in the Northwest entrepreneur and investment community, serving as a judge at business plan competitions. She earned a bachelor of arts from the University of Chicago, an MBA from the University of Washington with a specialty in marketing, and is certified as a Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
